Ingrédients (120 personnes)

  • Fondantfondant kg 1
  • café extrait
  • Sel ou sel finsel
  • Farinefarine kg 0.8
  • Sucresucre kg 0.4
  • Oeuf32 œufs
  • Beurrebeurre kg 0.5
  • Laitlait L 2

Préparation

  1. Confectionner 2 L de crème patissiére aromatisé au café.
    Coucher 120 carolines.
    Garnir les carolines.
    Glacer au fondant.
