J'apprécie ce thé chaud comme remontant une grippe.

Ingrédients (1 personne)

  • Citron vert3 rondelles de citrons verts
  • 1 poignée de tilleul
  • Rhum brun½ rhum brun

Préparation

Préparation :

  1. Je fais bouillir les ingrédients dans une casserole. Verser le tout brûlant dans une chope et j'ajoute une rondelle de citron vert frais.
